Even before we renamed our campus as The Mission, we enjoyed sharing our campus with other Christian ministries. One such ministry was a Christian School who held regular classes for several years until they recently out-grew our campus. We are happy for their growth and wish them the very best at their new (and larger) facility.

Our ultimate goal is to build a partnership of Christian ministries, working together, and sharing the resources of this property, for a common cause. At this time, however, we are not seeking to limit our leases to Christian ministries. However, consistency with our vision must be kept in mind (therefore we’ll be scrutinizing any lease that undermines our common goal).
There are ten rooms in what we call our “C”-Wing. Five upstairs and five downstairs at nearly 500-square feet each. Our preference would be to lease the lower five rooms as a unit, but individual rooms are available as well.
C-Wing has two bathrooms upstairs and three downstairs (to of these have small toliets ideal for a preschool). Most rooms also have internal doors to chain rooms together. The rooms will lease for $800.00 per room per month, with utilities included.
